Assessment Information

Initiation Fee: $15,000 
Monthly Fee: $1,826

Base Assessment - $1,369

  • Exterior painting (every 6 years)
  • Roof maintenance (except skylight replacement)
  • Maintain 46 common pools & spas. All pools are saline.
  • Common area landscaping
  • 24/7 controlled gate access with continuous patrols
  • 24-hour home alarm monitoring and maintenance
  • Monthly exterior rodent and pest control
  • Fire, liability and earthquake insurance for structure
  • Reserves for replacement of common area capital improvements

Social Dues - $392

  • Dining at the Clubhouse and The Oasis
  • 7,400 Square foot state-of-the art fitness center
  • Social Activities, holiday parties, theme nights, book club, art classes, bridge and mahjong
  • Full Tennis Park privileges includes tennis, pickleball, bocce ball. (In season November – May)
  • Access to the driving range and putting green after 2pm daily. (Check in at the Pro Shop)
  • Discounted shopping at the Pro Shop/Boutique

Cable Assessment - $65

  • Platinum Channel Package (HBO and SHOWTIME)
  • 2 DVR Boxes per house, service included
  • Internet and WIFI, modem included (1mbps)
